We’re sisters Payton and Ashlee, and we dreamed of creating a cozy place where everyone feels welcome—like family. Frankie’s is named after our grandma, Frankie Topping, who was born and raised right here in Licking, Missouri. Frankie had a true love for coffee and sweets, so naming the shop after her felt like the perfect way to honor her and keep a little piece of her spirit alive.
Payton brings her coffee shop experience and love of baking to Frankie’s, while Ashlee purchased the shop as an opportunity to move home from Kansas City and spend more time with family. Together, we hope Frankie’s becomes a place where friends gather, neighbors connect, and memories are made.
